The truth will set you free” Now I have heard this all my life. I know the truth but I am still in prison. I have been for most of my life.

Just yesterday I was reading and ran across something that that has a great potential of changing the course of my life. Just two words actually and I have read them thousands of times in the 32 years I have been able to read. I am now 62 years old. There is not a single day that goes by that I do not read. Usually for hours. I am forever thankful for this gift of reading. Now those two words are “Trust Yourself.” Simple enough right? Yet profound in every respect.

Within myself there is a voice, a quite familiar voice. However to Trust Yourself is to trust that ‘voice’ that is the real self the original self. To stand before the world and announce something you think, against all popular beliefs, against what everyone else believes. Now that is the essence of what it means to “Trust Yourself.” Probably the hardest thing you will ever have to do, although the most important of all things you could possibly do as a human being.

“Trust yourself” is the truth that will set you free!
